About Me
I am a Professor of Psychology at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. My research interests include ethnic differences in sexual offending, cultural issues in the treatment of people who commit sex offenses, masculinity and sexual aggression, and cultural contributors to psychological well-being and life satisfaction. I also provide treatment, clinical consultation, and evaluations on a limited basis to the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services. I am currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for the Treatment & Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA), where I serve as the Chair of the Education and Training Committee. I am also an ATSA Fellow. I regularly present at regional and national conferences and conduct trainings both online and in person.
